Giant suede ebike problem

Hi members I have a problem with my giant suede ebike if anyone can help? Front wheel drive problem is no powered movement when I turn the motor, you can feel a resistance when the wheel is turned with the battery on and off, the battery pack seems fine...can anyone help me please...

What happened between the time it worked, and the time it stopped working?

If you put the bike upside down, and manually spin the wheel forwards, does it have abnormal resistance?

If you put the bike upside down, and manually spin the wheel forwards, does it have even more resistance? (it should, if it is a geared hubmotor, which is likely).

Are the brake pads touching the rim?
