Hi everybody, this is my first topic on the forum 
I am currently looking for components to use to build an electric skateboard. I decided to go for a home made 10S3P (or 4P depending on the 18650 batteries I can get) and I would like to know a bit more about BMS. I read all kind of topics already about BMS but I still do not understand how does it come you only need to balance the charge between the different levels of batteries in serie and not balancing every and single one cell ?
I couldn't find an answer to this question :/ I hope you could enlight me on this topic !f
