Infineon over-voltage fault/Hub MeltDown Incident.

I cooked an infineon with rough handling, my fault for not using a Thermostat, the error code is flashing three times same as an overvoltage fault, except that the actual fault is that some solder melted when two of the phase wires shorted together (molten motor) and I put power through two shorted phase wires thinking that it was a phase error. Please advise me what I can measure with this grinfineon controller. see photos.
