Hey All,
You are not going to believe this.
Someone on Facebook Market Place is literally selling the bike I've been planning.
Exact same frame, wheels, seat... 7speed
He converted it into an ebike that has a 48V 1200W rear hub motor ad a 20AH battery.
He's asking $1500 for it. Thats not a lot more than the Tracer 7speed Sienna sells for.
It's an hr away but it's totally worth the drive...wish I had a car...
Might have to rent a Gig car with its roof mounted bike racks...

Who'd a thunk there is another person out there with the same exact, weird taste in bicycles.

I occasionally see Micargi cruiser bikes converted the ebikes on Craigslist. Similar style bike, so not super rare.

Its the exact same frame, wheels and flat black paint. Its a pretty serious coincidence no?

It's not mine yet...it's about an hour away by car.
I won't actually have the money until this huge check clears in 7-10 days (according to the bank).
So far he's cool with waiting but who knows...
If I miss this opportunity I am going to be sooooooooo bummed...

it's been for sale for a little more than a week. He's going away on a short vacation so he says he's okay with waiting for it.

Hello Everyone,
Finally got the pictures from the ad.
It's pretty damn close to the bike I've been describing.
As parts wear I'll replace them with my 'ideal' parts....schmulpf drive! I can afford one now.
