Need used 48v battery

I'm in need of a 48v silverfish style ebike battery. I'm in California, preferred to get used battery. I cannot afford alot the bike was given to me. But battery won't charge or power bike.

These batteries have never been used and come in the original packaging. The dates on the boxes are mostly from 2022. The ebike company they were manufactured for changed their design and no longer needs this stock. Although they are new and made with Panasonic or Samsung 2850mah cells in 13s4p...
