My bike is a Jasion EB5. A cheap middleman sticker bike from Amazon.
Since I got mine, they upgraded the display, and the manual they have on their site is not relevant to me as far as I can tell. Plus, it just refers to Heybikes help center for parameter settings.
The motor that came with it was 350w and had 12 magnets as far as I know, and I do not know the ratio for it.
The new motor I installed is 500w and has 20 magnets.
As far as I know the ratio is 1:5 but that’s just because this is from ebikeling and I think they just sticker Bafangs and the closest bafang I could find had 20.
The param on the display that the manual says is for the magnet sensor setting, has two separate values . They’re set to 01 and 03. Nothing in the manual except “do not change”.
The motor is working but I’m wondering if I would get more performance or efficiency if I programmed it properly.
