Hello everyone!

I am hoping a fellow member with more experience using ASI BAC controllers can help me with this throttling issue. First I am trying to run a Bafang FM G020.350.D https://bafang-e.com/en/oem-area/components/component/motor/fm-g020250350d/ . I am also using a standard hall-effect throttle that ranges from 0.8V to 4.2V and the Phaserunner software can detect my throttling perfectly fine: no_throttle.png. throttle.png. I am also confident that my wiring is correct for the motor phases and hall sensors because when I run the auto-tune test I get smooth spin and detect standard Bafang hall mapping. Here are the controller settings: params.png advanced_setup.png.

My only issue is that there is no motor response to my throttling, and it seems the controller doesn't send any more power? Something that could hint at the issue is I cannot decrease the throttle fault to below 0.5V because then I get this error for all throttle voltages I apply: fault.png which would only make sense if the software is instead reading the brake voltage as the throttle voltage, since the brake is pulled up to 4.7 and would be out of the range with a lower fault (Max + Fault = 4.2 + 0.5 = 4.7)

Thank you!

Throttle start voltage needs to be set at 0.9V. There should be also something similar to throttle fault range which can be set to 0.2V. Throttle full voltage is okay at 4.2V

Even with setting these throttle voltage settings, I do not get any response from the motor. Is there any other input such as Cruise, PFS, or Brake as seen below that I need to wire up? Screenshot_20211229_134655.png
