Thank you so much..... as thought..... I'll Parallel and use the other product for the separate bleed circuit! Perfect! Thank you! :)
Just for clarification and deeper understanding of the problem.

You see the chronology of events of 1 BMS is like following.

1)BMS measures individual cell voltages, 1 cell is higher (for example).
2)BMS shorts this cell for a defined amount of time, lets say 5, seconds to a resistor.
3)BMS waits up as there is no sense to take measurements while some of the cells are shorted to resistor and affect readings of shorted and adjacent cell (that share balance wires).
4)BMS opens the short, takes measurements and shorts high cells again for 5 sec.

If you have more than 1 BMS paralleled with balance leads chronology is following.

1)BMS measures individual cell voltages, 1 cell is higher (for example).
2)BMS shorts this cell for a defined amount of time, lets say 5, seconds to a resistor.
3)Second BMS is not synchronized with first and takes measurement in other instant, sees 1 cell lower (shorted by first one) then the rest and triggers all another cells.
4)2 BMSs keep triggering opposite cells series infinitely, until LV balance limit.
