psi bms will this be ok for a 24 volt 20 amp ping v 2.5

i am going to change my ping 48 volt 10 amp to 24 volt 20 amp 8x4 rather than 16 x2 and i have got my hands on a spare bms from a psi 24 volt lifepo4 battery i think it should work fine i can also use the 24 volt charger that came with my psi battery its 5 amp and puts out 29.6 volts what do u guys think will i destroy the ping cells or shout the psi bms be ok
