Hello ES folks,
This is my first post here!

I 've been here around for a year for collecting great tips and Technics from you.
I am Panya from Thailand but now I live in Taiwan.
Forgive me for some poor English.

I have a granny bike converted to a low power electric bike and mainly use PAS sensor.

Last week I did a small project which inspired from this thread : https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=34612

Not every parts the same because the town where I live has only one small electronic part store.
So far It works quite well.
These are what I changed :
- Op amp TL082 (it can be the alternative chioce)
- My S06S-like (It's also from KT) feed only 4.35V to the PAS and Throttle
But on the road test, It has only 1-2km/hr lower max speed than usual.

This diagram from GMUseless works perfect with 5V

- I found R7 was useless for my setup
- I didn't use C1
- I use C2 = 3uF
- R4 = 560k ohms because I want to make the circuit small to put inside the controller box.

- R2 I changed it to 20K ohms to match the throttle input.
In my case, It is 1.1V-3.3V

I have one little problem with this setup.
When I use PAS level 1 at the speed around 16, The bike accelerate itself up-down.
Not much... but It keep like this until I go faster or slower.
I guess It is from my 1.1V throttle output signal.

I think this Push button ramp up throttle is very match with pedelac. Not sure for hot-rod one
It could works well with normal handlebar or dropbar on the roadbike.

Another reason I like it because of the cold-rainy season here in Taiwan makes grip slippery.
The drawback is you cannot do like 20%throttle or half throttle. It will ramp up to full throttle.
So I use PAS setting on my S-LCD1 to limit the output.
I can add a 5k pot in case I want to go simple setup without the control panel on my handle bar.

I plan to use this with the motorbike's switch to make it stealthy.

I run the bike tour company in Thailand and now start to focus on E-bike tours.
Let me know if you come to Thailand or Taiwan.

Any suggestion is welcome!
