Hi, today experiment/work
Recovering a trotinete battery with LG cells, transparent wrap(great possible to see inside)
Symptoms: no charge, no power no nothing.

Cause: All zero volts cells

Tentative #1: inject some low current charge, to main output and charger line.

Some zone is more temperature because a crazy LG cell. seems like leaking acid inside wrap..

Discharge test real capacity soon.
What to expect??

Why? If literally pulled to 0V, those cells cannot be safely "recovered" -- they should be recycled.

This guy is completely unrealistic about "recovering" batteries that are actually scrap.

Less developed / later developing country I think, where most cannot afford decent packs, and labour time has very little value.

Actually trying to make a go of it for income?

Anyway.. I have some results from trotinete recovery

This is a rated 6,6Ah LG battery pack. It seems most cells are outputing this full capacity,
but one 3P block outputs about 5Ah because one cell weak w/ acid leak inside wrap(seen at picture)

I will replace this 3P block with other 3 same LG cells recovered from other 0 volts recovered pack..
And this battery will output same capacity as original 6,6Ah

On tha way I also recoverd this zero volts segway battery pack. great Sony V3 cells back life with same capacity!!

some news at trotinete zero volts battery recovery..

changed one cell. now pack back to original 6,6Ah instead of 5,0Ah(limited by acid leak cell)

Also I got some battery packs 42V from company and put out 350x Samsung 29E 2900mAh cells similar to new! keep on reuse.
