Rewinding a scorpion 5535 outrunner 160kv

Hi

My project is to built a drive system so the neugart ple80 will be inline with the motor.

This motor as 20poles. Do u guy think a can rewind this motor to obtain a lower kv?
Maybe to get 100 to 130kv

Motor Wind 12 Turn Delta

A simple re-termination to WYE will yield a 94kv.

Not to difficult to do.

Not so goood. I had to do it like 3 times and it took like 5 hours every time.

Funny.
Did u finally get it short-free? I guess so. I would've thought you'd won't a lot of turns and thin wire but that's thick. Maybe what I see on my motor is multiple stands instead of one thick wire like u have. How's that?

What's up with your in-line motor? What do you mean?
