Hi all newbe

I have purchased a cras damager stealth bomber and i am putting all the parts onto a china clone frame

My problem is i have purchased a ukc1 display that i would like to use instead on the stock display .However the wires on the controller are different to the wires on the display

6 wires in a female plug on the controller and 5 wires in a female plug on the display

Ebay seller Listed the display as for sabvoton controller

Pic 1 is old display

Pic 2 is controller

Pic 3 is controller wires

Pic 4 is display wires

Does anyone know how to connect these together

Thanks

If the stock display is the cycle analyst, it isn't a display. It is a completely independent computer to do a totally different job than the UKC, so it's wiring hasn't got the same signals in it. See the ebikes.ca CAv3 info page for how it works, what it does, and why that wiring isn't usable for your display.

Assumign your controller has the functionality built into it (it might not) to support a display, you'd have to add the wiring to it at the PCB inside the controller if it doesn't already have a dedicated connector for that kind of display. I don't know what PCB points you'd need to wire it to, so you would need to check with Sabvoton / Siaecosys to find that out.

hi thanks fof the info

Wireing to the pcb i can do, Is this the v2 mod i read somewhere if so does anyone have a link to any info

I have no idea what a "v2 mod" is, so you will have to explain that before I can help you with that; a link to "somewhere" you read about it might help.

To find out where to wire to the PCB you'd need to get the info from the controller manufacturer for that specific model and version, since they probably change board layouts as they revise things to cut costs on new batches (or fix problems).
