Serengeti Panther lithium ion scooter

Please forgive me if I sound ignorant in this thread because electric scooters/mopeds aren't my thing lol
Long story short I purchased this on Groupon years ago. My son who has Autism on the spectrum decided to take the battery apart and lost parts & I can not locate the charger. I have the specs attached is there anyway someone would be kind enough to tell me what type of battery to purchase to get this thing running again? I am a Mother of 5 and this would be so helpful today. I called batteries plus but they couldn't help me they recommended me call a medical supply company? Please help! I thank you in Advance! I'm in Texas if that helps. Perhaps a local place or online is find as well to purchase.
