SURRON BMS TRIPPING

I beg please help. Completely new to surrons and I have just bought this one. Pulls hard everything seems fine until you hold the rev on for too long. It seems like too much stress on something and the breaker switch just trips and doesn’t turn back on for around 10 seconds and I click it back to the right and it doesn’t stay just goes straight back to off. The bike rides and has got me pretty far but I can only go in Eco if I want to be safe but it’s started doing it in ECO. Just forked out £400 on a battery for it to do the exact same thing. I’m clueless and a lot of money down lol any help would be SO GREATLY appreciated

If it is only the breaker tripping and not BMS like your title suggests; I would go over the battery connectors and cables with a fine tooth comb. Make sure all connections are tight and there are no signs of melting or burn marks. Perhaps the breaker is damaged?
