Thanks Frank,
yes I was so happy to get it working!
In meantime I also did now the atomatic resolver tuning and the offset went from 0 to -127
So next steps will be to build the battery boxes and some minor stuff.
Made now the first ride ... only at 30A phase current but that was enough for cruising at 125VDC.
I calculated 60 kph at no load and reached 40,9 kph at the end.
Thanks,
Well the motor is from Phi Power AG. It’s a PhE381 with 200kW peak power for 20 seconds, 6000 rpm and 640Nm of torque.
The controller is from Scott Drive. Model SD300. Operating with max of 800VDC and forwarding up to 600ARMS phase current to the motor, so the type of model is listed with 400kVA and already tested with 340kW output power in combination with a Remy HV250 on a test bench by manufacturer.
I will start slowly with the power by increasing current and voltage step by step.
A long time you don’t hear something about my actually status.
There are still some tiny open points to manage.
E. g. I got now the right controller software to start with higher current runs and I successfully installed it

But before I start with this tests I will rebuild the bike ….
