Tsdz2 making very loud noise

Hello Tsdz2 users, I have been using my tsdz2 for almost 2 years now but a strange noise appeared a while ago. It starts after a few minutes of driving, usualy when I push a little harder on a hill for example. I will add a link to a clip with the sound. I don't really loose power but I hear and feel something cracking inside. I already opened her up but found nothing suspicious. Blue gear is OK, big gear on drive side is fine. I regreased, still the same noise.
Any ideas on what might cause this noise?

G'day Tom.
Could be a bad bearing. Check by turning each bearing by hand. If it doesn't turn smoothly & you feel it clicking or catching, you've found your problem.
