I'm looking for a shop or person who can repair these motors. I've set up a couple of these and though one is fine the other needs work. I bought these from a shop in Utah which is totally incompetent, taking almost three months to start repairs and failing completely to fix the problem. I'm a bike mechanic but not an electric motor guy and am not sure I want to learn. The torque sensor started acting erratically after 3500miles, and making whining noises. Since I had the OSF system, I had the option of running in cadence mode. After fine tuning the assist levels I was able to enjoy another 1500 miles until the thing died completely. After my shop in Utah did the 'repair' it ran for a half mile ok but then erratically and whiny and then little to no power. Isn't it possible to bench test these things before sending them across the country?
