I have my 48v Tsdz2 configured following the recommendations given in the "Tsdz2 w/860C OSF Upgrade V20.1C 4, update 2, Features and Configuration" guide. In particular, the motor power is set to 450W and the battery max current is set to 11A. After the installation of the cooling kit the motor barely gets warm. I also installed a 12-42 cassette to help with some steep hills around here, but a little help from my motor would not hurt. My questions are: After I installed a complete cooling kit, how much can I increase these parameters without "burning" the motor? Would be, for example, 600-700W and 14-15A acceptable? I also noticed that there is not significat difference from assist level 5 to level 9 but I can see a clear increase in assist power from level 1 to level 5. Is that normal? Is there any other parameter(s) I should consider to change to improve the performance of the system after the addition of the cooling mods?
