I'm looking for an explosion proof (or resistant, ha) bag for a 10S3P 36 volt battery, with dimensions of about 15 inches by 4.5 inches (aka 38cm x 12cm). Has anyone found anything that they'd recommend?

Ideally buying from Amazon.

Was considering this one:

"explosion proof" or "fire proof"?

Those are two entirely different things (though the former is also probably the latter, the latter is not nearly as likely to be the former).

Your thread title asks for one, and your post asks for the other.... :?

The thing about fireproof bags is...first you have to take the battery off the bike.

Then, imagine a hot bag spewing fire and copious amounts of noxious smoke, possibly for several minutes.

So do you REALLY want to use a fireproof bag to charge somewhere unwise?

Very many charging fires can be prevented by means like not using a cheap bms, not letting the pack get too far out of balance, not over charging or discharging, and taking cells out of service if they ever suffer physical damage or severe discharge.

Tell me you also use a fireproof bag for your phone.
