Hi, I connected the Votol-EM 150 to the battery and motor

Battry: 35Amper 72volt lead Acide Gel
Motor: 60 volt 5000watt BLSD QS motor 17 inch Rim
Controller: VOTOL EM-150 no can version1

If don't mind. Anyone can give me votol ini file, I don't know what to fill or change value of the default votol settings if possible... Thanks for your cooperation.

Hello guys, anyone had problem error "overcurrent"?
I have a Votol em100 GTR and suddenly, at morning when twisted the throttle it stopped. It was running ok for days. The ONLY thing different was phase current set 9000 -> 9600.

With multimeter it beeps when I connect probe from Positive/Negative to Blue phase.
Also BLDC Tester shows this (B, b and C slightly on):

bro i already replied to you facebook post.. if I'm not wrong.. its your blue phase (mosfets) are faulty..

Hello bro, thanks for repply. Yes, there are bad mosfets on blue phase group. Fix is only by repplacing faulty MOS.

Just checked Dear. Speed is 32-56-72.
Please guide me how to set 40-70-90.
After full charging of 72v battery, riding after 2-3 km, 3-4 volts drops quickly. How to long run the battery backup.
A fast drop of 3-4v usually indicates a bad cell in the battery.

NO. Em50 votol capable safe work with max 21s of battery, 4.2v*21s = 88.2v, due to mosfet limitation (mdp1991)
 
Hello Can anyone share a link to the WECHAT MINI VOTOL SETUP APP for android... i cant connect to wechat and i have been charged though... says cellphone not linked to any account but that was what i tried to do... thks in advance


i can share in exchane an android app made by myself to have speed volt and temps in my phone...

Hi, everyone I have a EM-50s and I have Fault 80, Hall error it's no motor hall I tested and it's alright, rn I am not using it on a bike instead its a bench for a project at my university, I use a potentiometer to simulate tps and nothing else its connected, also when I cleared the faults with the brown wire everything works perfectly at certain rpm.

Hall fault is due to the throttle hall sensor..

try using another throttle.


The brown wire is a "quick repair" so you can push your bike back home and not intend to ride on it.
