what bms to get/order

hi all,had a 20ah 18s 74v battery,long story short the bms fooked up and it turned into a fireball,ive rebuilt the bike but my new homebrew battery is 17ah 13s with samsung 15q q cells,my old controller was 1kw,my new one is a 48v 500 watt one,question is,what bms do i order?,found this but do i get the 30/40 or 50 amp version?,i dont want it tripping under heavy load like pulling off from junctions,heres the link,also is this seller reputable?https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001676531280.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.2e1c4c4dsVVp6Q
.tia,doing the maths it should pull just over 10 amp,ie 40/500,but wanted to get advice.

Is that 143 high power cells (13S 11P) to run a 500W controller? If so, why?

It never hurts to use a higher capacity BMS than you think you'll need, but I've gotten along for years using 35A BMSes for 35A (maximum) controllers.

My ping had a b m s 12 years ago I had so many problems with that. all my next batteries just have balance wires 6s or 5S defit most monitors and most chargers I bulk charge and then balance with an RC charger 6s and with a basic 6S meter.
I bought a new battery 20s 6p 21700 Samsung 40t 30a cells would wish no Bluetooth BMS I've never been able to get the Bluetooth BMS to work I wish I just had 4 -5 s sense wires for this path so I could monitor and balance manually with an RC charger and me.

its made up of various cells,a mix of samsung 15q and about a dozen or so samsung 2500mah cells,i made it using repakr,the groups are a mix of 9 and 10p,to use what i had and keep the groupe capacity matched,i went with a lower wattage controller for more range,im having issues with this crap chineese smart bms tho,charge fets wont turn on and wont talk to the bt app or pc programs using uart or bt,i have a 18s smart bms,is it possible to use that with my 13s pack?
