    Is10 Ah enough for a battery pack?

    I agree, ten amphours is enough for all my trips, in general 48 volt 10 amp hours will go 20 miles or more. I used to carry around a 48 volt 15 amp hour ping battery and I only ran out of juice when the weather was very cold or I had a very hilly long ride.

    The battery is perhaps the most important part of the kit. You can get screwed with a bad battery. Some recomended battery sellers are ping battery EM3EV Bikes.CA Sun thing on eBay. Good luck. I think 48 volt 12-15 amphr is good. EM3EV has some nice batteries.
