Today I hooked it up with zip ties, made battery holder out of plywood, could not resist temptation to test it out and boy it goes. A bit disapointed on top speed but that could be changed adding some more battery. At 74V max speed was 74kph. Soft start on greentime controller is crap but I have plans to change it to something beefier and sine. What is the max voltage on 72v controllers?
I will post some videos soon..

Rear brake mounted, line changed, reoiled. I was looking to get cable guides, but decided to fabricate couple myself. Here is the process made out of 10mm sheet into 10x11x25mm blocks

I drive on paved roads, my workshop is located in remote area. It handles good, especially for this build cause it has lots of torque so long base eliminates flipping over:)

Getting back to this project. Got 6 leaf modules, will be making 24s1p pack. Most likely will get sabvoton 96150 controller (new shape). Need to change my front fork to something motorcycle like. My wheel is 21 inch in diameter with the tire. Any recommendations like fastace or something?

Man you have scary good skillz, AgniusM. Great to see your inventiveness at work again!

Trying my best to evolve mate :)
I think i will swap my wheels. i got some 17" rims, will get some M45's. How to match the fork? Its hard to visualize fitment without having actual fork. I don't need a lot of travel one the fork, any suggestions?

Stripped the leaf modules and from 6 i am saving 1.8kg:

Still need to split the P's

Resumed my work on this bike again. Have shortened frame a bit at the bottom, more at the tom. It gave it more sporty look. Made new aluminium box. Just needs time to finish it up, most components i have, couple small bits to order:
