recharge amphour reading meaning

I have two lots 24v 10ahr in series, runing 48v ebike.
After my normal ride ( 4km very approx), both 24v packs are down to same voltage or very close to same voltage, but when I recharge there is quite a difference in ahr it takes to fully charge each pack. What information about the packs can be gleaned from this info?
Which pack is in better condition?
Last charge one pack took 2.5ahr the other one 2.7ahr approx.

State of Health SoH% is remaining capacity from new.

Obviously higher is better.

But you would want greater precision, both in instrument measuring and standardising test conditions before passing such judgment.

And measure each cell, greater relative imbalances within the pack can spoof a lower overall capacity.
