Turnigy's Motor Shaft length ??

Do Turnigy's Motor shaft lengths correspond to the lengths indicated on Hobby Kings website ?

Ive ordered a 6364-245kv,...according to measurements on HK, the exterior part of the motor shaft should be 31mm ?
Looking at pictures of peoples build's with this motor ,the shaft looks much shorter ??

I think motor shafts by standard for RC motors are about 27mm in length. They are a bit short if you want to use a 15mm belt.

Dammn,.....So 1. Hobby King's measurements are wrong! 2. now i have no choice to put a 9mm ?

IMO, yeah. You can only put a 9mm on a HK motor.

I've seen some bulids with sk3 6364r and 15mm belts ?, so i guess the pulley did not cover the shaft completly.

How thick is your motor mount Torque , where the motor is attached ?

Wonder if there was enough people asking, if turnigy would lengthen& Flat spot the shaft ? ...I've seen some of Their other motors that have Flats on the shaft for a set screw.

Motor mount is 5 to 6mm thick. Some people machine an extended motor shaft but that's not so often.

Doubt turnigy would lengthen it.
