    HP DPS-1200FB A (1200W Server PSU) - Pin functions ?

I have one of these, it's great. Thanks for the info! Is there a way to keep the fan from powering on just when it's plugged in (not "enabled" with the pins)? I'd like to plug it in and turn it on with a switch but the moment I plug it in the fan starts idling.

Suggestions for 8S6P Lipo Battery Pack Configuration

I've been trying to figure out how to wire a new pack using hobbyking lipo and I'd appreciate any advice and comments. For the purposes of making a simpler diagram the pack I'm building is 8S6P and consists of premade 4S hobbyking lipo packs. With the physical space I have this is the best...

High power main battery switch? Where/what to buy?

I don't have a Ping battery. It's just a pack I assembled from four 6S battery packs. To balance the batteries, I just charge the pack with the balance plugs. How does the Ping battery use the BMS to turn main power on and off?

High power main battery switch? Where/what to buy?

Hi all, I'm running a 12S pack with R/C ESC controller with a servo tester throttle. To turn on the ESC, I have to manually plug in the anti-spark cable (a resistor to slowly charge the ESC capacitors) and then plug in the main battery power to the ESC. I'd like to just use switches for this...

Left and Right side disc brakes from bike for gokart?

I'm dreaming up this go kart and planning on using bicycle disc brakes. Do they make left-side mirrored disc brake calipers? The problem I'm encountering is that the wheel will be mounted to one side of the brake caliper. On one side the calipers will be perfect with the brake caliper arm on...

Resistive throttle to servo tester throttle range adjust?

Hi all, I'm working on running an RC ESC with a servo tester and twist-grip throttle. The problem is the throttle rotation range is less than 90 degrees, while the servo tester needs to rotate about 180 degrees for the ESC to reach full throttle. If I wire it up as it is, I'll only get about 50%...

    "Self-Learning" wire- please teach me

This is something I was struggling with this weekend. I bought one of those shady e-bike controllers on ebay and wired it up. It runs... kinda... throttle response is almost like an on off switch. Start up is a really strong kick. It's advertised as sensorless but has hall sensor wiring, so I...
