hi,guys
I am a newcomer to e-bike.
I want to make a manual e-bike, but I don't know much about the power-on logic of e-bike's equipment, such as motor, electric control, in what order does the battery work in e-bike?
What is the relationship between the three?

你真的认为如果你用中文发帖,你会在这里得到答案吗?这显然是一个英语论坛。
Translation: Do you really think you'll get answers here if you post in Chinese? This is obviously an English language forum.

大家好,我是电动自行车新手。我想做一辆电动自行车,但是不太了解电动自行车的设备的开机逻辑,比如电机、电控,电池在电动自行车中是按照什么顺序开始工作的?三者之间是什么关系?欢迎留言
I'm sorry for that I use Chinese.😂 I forgot to change my language.

My newb FAQ link in my signature may also have some info.

Study this representative schematic for the BMSbattery.com S06S controller. Look at the box in the bottom center where it shows how Vin (battery voltage) is converted to the +5V for the controller logic, and +15V for the MOSFET gates. Most controllers use a similar powerup sequence, where an input Vin is raised to battery voltage. You will also see that battery power is always applied to the MOSFET's, so the motor's phase leads are connected to power/ground thru inactive Mosfets.

Meanwhile, some batteriies have on/off switches. Some are always on.

There you go. If the batterry is turmed on, some components inside the controller are already powered. You have to turn on the controller to power up its logic. It will power up with the phase outputs inactive, so the motor phase leads see no voltage. If this is too much for you, then go study,

Dont be afraid of the pop sound you hear when hooking up the battery to the controller.

OK,Thank you for your help. I will read all the information patiently.😁😁😁
