    Might the Dahon Unio E20 work for the OP? Tongsheng Class 1 mid-drive with torque sensor PAS, small seatpost battery but 36lb light as a Brompton Electric.

    Anyone know about/tried TOSEVEN Mid Drive?

    Does anyone know if the Tongsheng 1T2 cable that splits the speed sensor and light connectors is compatible with the ToSeven DM02? It seems a curious omission from the kit and was wondering if that might be an easy solution to adding ebike lights.

    I've not noticed the barrel heating up, but it makes a spark when it's plugged in. The charger gets warm in the bag. I have a 2A charger if you think this is a fools errand.
