ok , got it .
It will turn , current will be banced but it will be unbalanced the mechanical force vector , a lot of noise and the bearing will suffer a lot and with this configuration there is nothing you can do ( skewing , magnet shape or other solution)
BTW reading the thesis I never thinked about magnet shape (page 92 of the thesis) for having a more sinusoidal BEMF.
custom shaped magnet can be very expensive but if someone is using a lot of small magnet maybe it can use different magnetization strengt to shape the field.
something like
----N30-N40-N45-N40-N30------N30-N40-N45-N40-N30------N30-N40-N45-N40-N30------N30-N40-N45-N40-N30---
also it can be a little cheaper becuse some magnet can be with lower magnetization.
