I have ordered a Lashout bike rack from a2b scooters http://store.a2bscooters.com/ ten days ago and after numeriouse attempts to call them (always goes streight to voice mail) and e-mail them. I have not heard anything and have been unable to get a hold of anybody. I am starting to get very frustrated because I need this part. :(

OK. How long did they say it would take?

They haven't said anything and the statious of my order on there tracking page remains blank.

Sounds like they have to order it from china ( or some where) before they can ship it. I wonder why they would not want to explain that to customers?

That's why I asked what they say, if they didn't ship it in 48 hours, I bet they don't have one.

Still no word, and now the phone number takes me to Go mobility Scooters who say I have the wrong company. Research shows that Jeff Cooperman runs both a2b and Go Mobility Check out the two websites http://www.gomobilityscooters.com and http://a2bscooters.com note they both list the same phone number but they only answer to Go Mobility and don't know anything about A2B scooters or my order.

Fraud squad? You have enough information available for them to have a warrant issued and A2B wishing they had sent it.

I wanted to take the opportunity to sincerely apologize to my customer, Rowan, for the above situation and lack of communication. Of course your credit card was never charged and your order has been officially cancelled. Again I sincerely apologize Rowan for the inconvenience this put you through. A2B Scooters is being shut down.
