Anybody add a disc brake to a rear golden motor?

I currently have your basic rear golden motor with a 5 speed sprocket. Was wondering if anyone had modded their rear GM motor with a disc brake? I've seen a couple of sweet mtbs with discs that I'm coveting. How difficult is this, if possible? I don't have a lot of fancy tools, and am not that technically proficient. Like to be able to get parts from a local store w/o having to special order them (avoid high cost). Thanks in advance.
