Hello guys.

Bafang has now disconnected the m625(can) 1000w.
For that reason there will be no further support or parts.

I have a kit with a broken controller, and cannot source a new part.

What is the best solution?

I have been considering to buy a new controller for the new bbshd 1000w + display and try to swap the new controller into the old housing as the bolt pattern is not the same I understand.

Can someone confirm this?

This is killing me, all suggestions are welcome.

I will try this 🥳
The Smile Bafang battery is 50.4 volt, which should i choose the 48v or 52v controller?

Thanks for the video/solution 👍

I believe it's a 52v battery (aka 14s) can you confirm this is the model number on the battery? 零部件 (Edit I'm not sure why the link is turning Chinese but its a link to bafangs site, the model number being BT F23.720.C ) You can also look at the charger and see if it states the output voltage, this would tell us the voltage as well

Hi thanks for your reply. Im still not sure what controller to get. Below is a picture of my battery.

From what I have learned is if I get a 52v controller then my battery will not have its full capacity. And if I get a 48v then I might get high voltage error and the bike stops.

Can anyone confirm that the error will occur at 48v?
Any input is appreciated.
