So I was planning on using waterproof butt splices to connect the motor and battery. I already ordered the butt splice on amazon a few days ago, but today I just received my battery and motor and realized that the cables are different sizes. The butt splice says Blue 14-16 gauge. The cable on the battery says 12 AWG. The cable on the motor doesn't say anything but I believe it is 14 AWG. I'm assuming when the butt splices say 14-16 gauge, that is the size it is compatible with, correct? If it is, that means my cables are not compatible. So how should I go about connecting these two?
And another note, I do have two XT90-S with pigtails that have a 10 AWG cables.
