Can't seem to find anything that matches what I got from cellman. Its the 12 fet 4110. I stupidly removed the three pin plug without marking colors first. Its the red green and black that plugs into the 3 speed.

red, black green.... sounds like throttle hookup. If it is green is in the middle hook to maybe a white. red and black is on either, 50-50 chance here. If one combo doesnt work, switch red and black...

Hook-up for a 3-speed switch is generally X1,X2 (sometimes K1,K2) and GND. Mine uses green, blue and black wires but it's easy enough to check your switch with an ohmmeter to see which wire goes where. When my switch is in position 1 it connects the green wire (X1) to ground, in the middle position there is no connection (default speed) and in position 3 the blue wire (X2) is connected to ground.
