Cycle Analist V3.03 settings

Hello.
I am working on my new EV-project and installed a Cycle AnalistV 3.03.
It was accelrating and stopping when i twist the throttle.
Trying solve this problem I played with some settings,
but now i have no response.
The throttle input on the CA is working, but the output is not responding.

Who can help me to solve this problem?

Check limit flags. See if and where CA is stopping output TH.

Also, consider firmware upgrade to 3.14 soon. Bug.

Check limit flags.

I checked the limit flags, The power flag (W) was on, and if I turn the trottle it turnd off.
After that i changed the next settings:

SLim -> Max Speed: 99.0 kph
SLim -> Start Speed: 0.0 kph
SLim -> IntSGain: 50
SLim -> PSGain: 1.00 V/uph
SLim -> DSGain: 300

Plim -> Max Current: 99.0
Plim -> AGain: 150
Plim -> Max Power: 9900
Plim -> W Gain: 50

Now all limit flags stay off. But the throttle out is still not changing with the throttle input.
