It depends, usually up to 10 samples, each with different cycle life test settings. I no longer do statistical evaluation of one test on multiple samples. Let's say that I have already seen something in the industry, so after the initial test, I put my experience to use. If I got very bad results, I try to get a sample from another supplier (very good results don't come out :wink: ).
