Hi People out there,

I really need some help and I hope to fine it here šŸ˜Š

I have dual motor scooter with 4000w motor 15 pair poles,
2 x KLS7230S controllers and 72v battery INR21700 cells with 300A BMS continuous 120A. (Use 60A on each controller).
I wire the controllers according to diagram and also done with angle identification, when switch back on both controllers have green LED.
when I push throttle on one controller everything is fine just little knocking sound from rear motor on 15%-20% throttle.
When I turn on front controller (I have dual/single button bridge pin7 to turn on second motor) and trying to push the throttle in getting really hard noise from the rear motor and itā€™s doesnā€™t spin freely but front motor is spin ok. i will just mention that rear motor controller is the main controller.
If I turn just rear motor I have no problem as well the front motor, but when Iā€™m trying to use one throttle on both controllers everything going crazy.
I hope you can help me to figure it out cause I donā€™t know what to do it tried everything.
Just need to find the way to sync Both controllers to Wrok with one throttle.

Thanks a lot

Rear motor spins freely just little noise on 15% throttle, the front spins ok with no weird noises on it own but when Iā€™m trying to accelerate on both motors with one throttle the rear motor makes noises and not spins ok at all but front wheel still spin ok.

When both controllers are turned on and pushing throttle the rear motor phase current is going crazy (you can see in video 2 link)
I also tried to feed both motors hall sensors from controller 1 pin11 12v but also didnā€™t do nothing.
When pushing hard on throttle controller 1 throws an error says ā€œreset errorā€ .

I had a lot of trouble with my 2wd as well. I'm not sure if my problem was the same as yours but I got it solved with help from endless sphere members. Here is a video of what fixed it.

The negative battery connection between the two controllers needs to be short and heavy to make sure both are at the same voltage.
