Been raining here for the past few days so no test rides of my bar end turn signals.
Took a slow-mo video of the LED strip turn signals. There are 5 groups x 5 sets of 3 LEDs. The 5 groups (marked by blue tape) flashes sequentially as can be seen in the video. Still no response from the seller.
I did test ride the bar end signals the past 2 days. I forget to use them on most turns and when I do use them they are cumbersome, having to manually flash. I say not practical so I need to add a flasher of some sort.
The seller of the LED turn signal strip finally replied with a "yes" you can cut them but no details. So I first cut the end 2 LEDs(amber and white) which made the group of 3 at the end in-op. Then I cut the group of 5 (30 LEDs) till I have a 5.5" piece that still flashes. Now if I can wire up the bar end turn signals to the LED strip's flasher, I won't need a dedicated flasher to drive the bar end signals.
