A 12V flasher that works! ... Even with low drain LEDs!!!
Alternates between 1/16 - Full brightness approximately every .7 - .8 second.
Tested at 3 and 6 watt with no speed variance.
Turn Signal Flasher Blinker Relay 12V 2 Pin Motorcycle - $1.49
Works well with either - below item single or pair.
Looks like price is up to $2.09, but free shipping. Have you used one yet? Cuz this is cheaper than me finding time and finding or buying parts to make one....

Also, have you used those DRLight strips? I'm wondering how bright they are. They look like a much better option than the things I am presently using as "accent/DR" lights on my headlight on CrazyBike2. (which right now are not working, might be burned out)

(plus, this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Car-Daytime-Running-Light-8-LED-DRL-Daylight-Kit-Super-White-12V-DC-Head-Lamp/251406892639?rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D163%26meid%3D3586429433912597485%26pid%3D100005%26prg%3D1088%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D190567901684%26
looks like the same DRL but cheaper, also free shipping)

Also listed in their store are a few that have both amber and white LEDs, so they coudl be used for turn signals as well. HAven't found any that are *red* and amber, though, so nothing for rear markers/turn signals. :(

12V Multiple Mode Flash & Brightness LED Controller < $2 /shipped
Amazingly small controller.
12V 8A = 100w
8 brightness levels
Flash:
8 flash speeds
8 fluctuating brightness variations

You can Silicone both ends for good weather-water proofing.

Most importantly!
It does retain last setting. So it can be used "in circuit" as a strobe, turn signal, brake light strobe, light brightness set, etc.

- $1.19 / shipped

Labeled, designed and marketed for LED use!
But should work just fine with incandescent, turn signals etc.

Just tried with a 12-85V LED headlight:
@ 12V
Top 3 brightness levels work well,
Strobe works nicely,
Fluctuating brightness partially works.

Just tested for 3.7V compatibility:
Flash works good.
Brightness only works at brightest levels.
Fluctuating brightness doesn't work too well.

If you can't afford a Cycle Analyst, there's this display with battery usage functions and a simple remote shunt. You can find it on Ebay or get it from Batt- man.

I got a couple of them for amber side leds. I've not fitted them yet, I want to get my batteries mounted first- so many things I want to do and I've got the bits for most of them!

Does it have an inductor inside? Or is it simple PWM controller? In this case it is not suitable to drive a LED.

Reasonable prices but shipping undetermined

I'm surprised at the lack of a 40T chainring, 36 to 44T is a pretty drastic jump, limiting fine tuning motor to pedal speed.

SickBikeParts Components - includes "spiders" for using standard, 110 & 130 BCD, chainrings!

I got it a few years ago from Aldi at 18 UK pounds. It was repeated on sale a few times but I haven't noticed it for a while now. The product is labelled from Eumig in Austria- Contact EUMIG industrial tv Gesellschaft mb H. Gewerbeparkstr. 9 5081 Anif Tel: +43-6246-72091-22 Fax:. +43-6246-72091-15 eMail: office@eumig.com
The maker is walter werkzeuge salzburg GmbH, Austria but it doesn't seem to be on the website.

It might be worth an email to them.

There are a few on ebay but ask about the batteries/age, it's possible NiCd would be end of life now. I changed the cells in mine because 1 cell was leaking causing it to not hold charge.

Have you found any led dual beam Hi/Lo that you could mount into a standard motorino head light?

And thanks for this list of goodies

AC Volt - Watt - Amp - AH - kWh meter
Had a small UPS that failed.
Pulled battery and cut window to insert meter, ran the 3 previously "battery backup" outlets through the meter and tested for accuracy with 60w and 100w light bulbs as ... looks accurate.
- ~$10
Used to test efficiency % of power supplies and many many more uses.
Some readings
"15w" rated led bulbs actually using only 5w.
2 x 80w (160w) fluorescent light using 258w actual (includes "ballast")

12V DC RF Remote control Dimmer Flasher
12V-24V 6A, 8 light levels, 8 strobe mode w/speed adjust
- <$5

0-100V 10A Voltmeter Ammeter 10A Red LED Panel Amp Digital Volt Gauge Display
Not tested yet but looks like a great bargain to add to MeanWell bulk charger. I would mount in, or on, charger body and add top mount quality pots for adjusting voltage and amperage.
- $4.12 shipped

Found a nice item!
Small Volt - Amp meter, applicable to most chargers. < $5

30V 10A

100V 10A

I plan on mounting dial pots on top of S-150 MeanWell and have a V-A quick adjustable CC\CV bulk charger.

Did an eBay search and found matching red & blue knobs
6mm splined shaft knobs

Nice find on the 100V unit... but beware it doesn't include a shunt

This one is 2X more in price, $10.49

BUT..... it includes a shunt AND does 200V, 100A. Should be enough for most ESers

QUESTION: You think that this unit can run off a 2S Lipo pack? Voltage needs to be 4-30V and the current draw is in the tens of milliamps, so I presume 2 18650s will easily handle that.

30 and 100v both came with built in 10A shunt.
Can be seen in pictures ... between plugs and side.

Does not need secondary power.
30V ran with small red wire added to 12v then 29.3V metered power supplies. Black wire is common ground.
