Emmebrusa firmware

Hi would one of you kind people please put a step by step guide on what I need to do to install this firmware on my Ted's 750w motor I am a complete novice at this I have an st link and have downloaded the software what you would use to flash the motor with stock firmware but I would like to put the Emmebrusa software on my bike it has a vlcd5 on it I have downloaded Java but have not a clue where to go from there
