Not to state the obvious... (Okay, I'll state the obvious)... But you can get a photo from anywhere, and ship something different, and even if the photo is genuine, it's very easy and cheap to print sleeves for a battery that look genuine.
Time on the market and user ratings also aren't great. I've seen people sell 10Ah 18650s, get consistent 5 star ratings on eBay. I mean, hell, the other day looking for a USB Powerbank, there was a credit card sized powerbank claiming 50,000mah. Something like a 99.2% rating, heaps of positive responses and like one neutral, one negative saying something like "Only charges my phone halfway, not 50,000mah".
Personal recommendations is the only thing I trust these days. Been burned too often. Ask around for recommendations, and only go an unknown if there's nowhere else you can get what you're after, and only spend money you can afford to lose. If you buy these cells, and they end up being crap, and that means you can't get to work, you can't afford the risk.
The final thing I'll say, is that do you really believe that Alibaba - a site for promoting Chinese manufacturers, would import cells from the US, then ship them back and be competitive? Sounds totally suspicious to me.
