going to up the watts on the PR from 3000 watts to 3500 watts, i was only pulling 40 amps
 
the ca2.3 settings were wrong
amps were 35, changed to 60
speed limit was 77km/h, changed to 99km/h
wheel was 2100mm, changed to 2040mm

upped the PR to 3500 watts and regen

the PR was going into thermal rollback and only putting out 25amps after full throttle for about 5km's
its in the battery box
lifted my air intake on the box to blow air on the PR and i was still riding full throttle and it recovered to 39 amps continuous

Do you get hassled from the fuzz and how much fake pedalling vs real pedalling do you do? I doubt you'd be doing real pedalling going fast so fake pedalling is in order there. Like that picture you posted on where you need to zip out into traffic, how long are you in traffic for there?
 
i dont pedal, im in traffic for 13km
hop on the hwy at the Alex Fraser bridge heading south to 72 ave, 65km/h
then full throttle up the hill to scott rd
thats when i noticed thermal roll back, open the vent
then its full throttle to king george hwy (bike lanes)
then full throttle south bound to 60th

i think the cops know me and 90% of the time that they see me im being good
 
thermal roll back was getting bad

took about 3"x6"x3/8" aluminum

was able to pull 50 amps for most of the ride and after 18kms on the last uphill thermal roll back was down to 45amps continuous

might switch to a mxus v3, the ca3 said top speed was 184km/h
think that means there is noise from the motor cable and cant get bigger wires through the hs3540 axle
