Golden Hub Motor

Yes I love mine. Read up on them. If you want to start out stock there is an internal controller with the mp3. It can be replaced but requires having some skills to do that if you want to later upgrade and increase speed. I run mine currently at 12s and have about 600 miles on mine already this year. So far so good for me. :D

Yeah, they're legit. They have a bunch of different items, but essentially you'll be alright. I like some of their rims that are meshed with the motors. They look cool and durable.

You may be better off buying a magic pie 2 that takes an external controller so you can pick a more reliable controller from another company. GM controllers have a habit of failing. GM are very good at marketing their products. If you do buy the MP3 get it from a local dealer with a warranty from them.

I'd vote for external controller version too. That motor is typically slightly on the slow side, making it a good choice for a heavier load like that velo.

Hi,

I would I get a price without a motor and install a Chromotor.
