I got all magnets in, motor reassembled, i connected my hall sensor test rig up, and it's operating really good now.. The leds sequence smoothly.
I'm going to test it in a few min..

Success, It works..but I don't know why the Dashbord has no readings on it anymore...everything is zero, like it's getting no info from the computer, But it has power..But That is a different issue I'll figure out later on..
Thanks to all that gave me advice, I'm going to get it all back together as soon as i figure out other electrical issues..
