Hall sensor

hello:


The hall sensors blowed up so i opened the motor to check this out and i faced this :

i have tis type 502 F 92969. Motor is 500 watt 48 v.

Do you know where can i find these HALL SENSOR??
I just need some kind of advice to get my parts :confused:

CAN I USE SS411A? because this person had the seam problem. :confused:

Maybe. Test the voltages at the Hall Sensor wires that are exiting the controller. If they are around 5v then you should be ok to use a Honeywell SS41 or SS41L (Longer legs.) However if the "Supply Voltage" from the controller is less then 4.5v, you will need to use something else.

So check the supply voltage coming out of the controller (Useally the small black and red wires that are in the same connector with the 3 small multi-colored wires.)

Let us know what your voltage is.

I have checked voltag and it was like this:

black and red = 4.50 V
black and green = 4.97 V
black and blue = 4.97 V
black and yellow = 4.97 V
black and white = 4.97 V

I really appreciate your help.
 
maybe I can use this type (SS49E), since ((Supply Voltage Min: 2.7VDC
Supply Voltage Max: 6.5VDC)) and my Supply is show 4.50 VDC. ??? :confused: so I am within the limit between 3.8 V and 6.5 V if i use this one. What do you thing :roll:

The SS49E is not a latching Hall Sensor. The SS49E is a Linear Hall-Effect sensor that is used for throttles. You need SS41's or SS411's for your motor.

If your Halls are 4.9v at the return wires, then they are being supplied 5v.

Get genuine Honeywell SS41 Hall sensors or SS411A Hall sensors. Either style will work.

The reason for getting genuine is because it is a pain-in-the-backside to change change Hall sensors so using generic Chinese clones runs the risk of having to do the replacement job again sooner then you want to.

really thank you :flame: , i want to use SS411A for not doing the job twice,
was that what you meant? if I use ss411, do I not need to change twice ???
