Help with Lingbo Controllers

I need to change some parameters at several Lingbo controllers (this model: http://www.lingbo-mc.com/en/content/?267.html ) that are currently installed in motorbikes.
I have not been able to find the software to do so at the manufacturer webpage. And they do not answer emails...

Anyone knows how to get it, or have it and can send it to me? As well with manual if possible.

Thank you @Hackey for the link, will try and let you know when I am able to translate from chinese... if I can work with that.
