Hello,

I want to make 6 packs of ANR26650. Each battery is 3.3v 2.3ah
I want each pack to be 6s10p. And later connect these 6 packs in series so i get 120v.

Is there any easy way to make these with some set.

Tho this is for 18650 batteries.

If not, is there any other easy way to make those packs?

Thanks

Thomas

You can buy batteries with "spot welded tags" (only 0.5$ more), and battery cells brackets.

That way you can solder them with a normal soldering iron.

So there are A123 ANR batteries with spotweld?

What kind of soldering iron do i use, how many watt?
And i want to make connection to each batteries which can handle 600amp burst, around 50mm2 cable thickness.
Got any tips on what kind of connection i can use between the batts?

I found this

Easy to organize them.

Yes, good holders.

If you live in US, that's a good source for good material.

They sell cells with spot welded tabs.

So you'll have all you need there.

If you live in Europe, Akkuteile is a good shop.

Use a 80W good quality soldering iron like Weller or so, and trim the tabs (little overlap) before soldering them together.

Aha. But where do i buy the copper which is connected between each battery? Must be indentical to 50mm2 cable :)

You can order them at Queen Battery. You can also order custom made battery packs - they are very customer-friendly.

Just get a spot welder . And many threads about different spot welders don't buy that sinko Chinese one that pops the circuits.
Kweld and others. Read up. As you might need the copper nickel buss bars for that many watts. What space for your battery and what for ?
A123 makes great cells.
