Kelly KEB controllers, how are they?

Im thinking of buying av Kelly KEB72101U.
Should have 180amp cont, and 450amp bursts.

How are the startup torque? Are they possible to program so they have burnout capabilities (Meaning the amp is delivered instant)?

Can they be used with both sensorless and sensored motors (Most brushless motor as Cyclone, goldenmotor and so on)?
