Kls7425n Kelly controller

I have a Kelly controller kls7425n
And it beep for 3 times as i turned it on.
If i try to connect with the computer its only connect with kvd app, and then i check the monitor and it say : over voltage
I try to modify the high and low voltage but its not cahng nothing
And on the +b on the monitor mode its say 0
Can anyone help me with this?
Why do i can't connect with the kls app?

Or is the first attempt at connecting it and powering it on?

It was working ok, i try to replace the battery and to configure low and high voltage, and then its stop working

Did you check the battery with a voltmeter to make sure it's outputting the correct voltage?

hi, i have the same problem, is random problem, the bike runs well but sometimes start to beep and appears that fault, acelerating and decelerating, i dont understand and im working at 48v batteries and the limit is put at 90v at maximum, is impossible that research that voltage the battery.

If not, what was the old one, and what is the new one?

Why was the battery replaced?
